I'm young at heart. And I used to think I was an “old soul”, and had several people tell me this. I now believe I’m a little more in tune with my other existences / past lives.

I grew up in a poor dysfunctional family, and being “different”, I stood out, and was called the black sheep. My family wasn't religious, and for me, that wasn't good enough. I spent at least a decade trying to figure out what religion I am, until I finally realized, I don't need structure. I have God within. I do follow a bit of Sikhism… but it’s not truly a religion anyways. And now, after exposure to vipassana meditation, i'm reading up on Buddhism.. Life truly is a discovery isn't it?

The last few years, have been more of a focus on trying to speak to my soul. Trying to clean out the “clutter” in my mind, and get back to what my soul wants. Now if I could just complete the trilogy, and get back into physical shape as well!!! LOL

I like to believe I have a very even balance between my humor and seriousness. I’m a down to earth type of cancer. I believe everyone should be more emotional, (like me), achieve to have better morals and values for themselves. And above all this, they should follow their heart (like me). I’m passionate with what I do in life, which helps. (I’m an IT Manager / Systems Administrator) Now if I can just figure out this “secret / abundance”…. :D

I have spent the last year, trying to figure out one of the core experiences my soul wants, and I just couldn't figure it out, until recently. Funny, how the answers are right in front of your nose, if you just learn to see it. I have always said, that you don't always find your soul mate, that you can actually make  your soul mate. Well, your soul mate can also find you, and together you both can become soul mates. I came to truly realise my life partner, soul mate is one of the core experiences my soul has looked for. And now that I've found her, we're both on a new and exciting journey.. A journey of understanding, love, compassion, and above all…. energy!
